To appoint a new Vice Chairman for the remainder of the municipal year.

8. PLANNING
To consider this Council’s comments to planning applications submitted to Colchester Borough Council. NONE RECEIVED
9. COMMUNITY HUB
To consider the need for a regular maintenance person or contract to deal with various day to day maintenance issues as they arise and to assist the Clerk with statutory checks on fire alarms/fire doors etc. Suggested 5 hours per week. (details to be circulated)
10. WITHDRAWAL OF MORNING AND EVENING BUS SERVICES SERVING BOXTED
To consider writing a letter to Essex County Council supporting calls for these services to be re-instated immediately (details circulated)
11. BOROUGH COUNCILLORS LOCALITY FUNDING
To consider the use of £770 funding offered by Borough Councillors for Boxted, for a community project to be put towards two new self closing gates without finger entrapments for the children’s play area (identified on last independent play safety inspection as necessary)(quotes being obtained)
12. FINANCIAL AND ACCOUNTING
a) Financial report
To note the Clerk’s report on the current financial situation of the Council 1st April 2016 – date
c) To approve the payment of invoices received.
13. TIME AND DATE OF NEXT MEETING
There is no meeting in December. The next meeting will be Wednesday 11th January 2017 at Boxted Village Hall Cage Lane Boxted commencing at 7pm.This will be the Annual Budget/Precept meeting.
14. EXCLUSION OF THE PRESS AND PUBLIC
To consider that pursuant to Section 1 of the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960 to exclude the Press and Public for the following item of business:
