The Community Hub will be opening at 5pm on Friday 5th August.

The bar will be open until 11pm – so even if people can’t get there at 5, they can come along any time during the evening to see what is happening and to talk to Donna about what they would like to see included as the facility is developed into a fully inclusive community hub.

The hub has BT sport, free wifi, and a community shop offering newspapers, bread, milk, eggs, greetings cards etc. but Donna is happy to provide more on request – just speak to her and she’s going to do her best to accommodate all requests. The facilities will be available to hire for small receptions, parties etc.

No membership is needed, the hub is being facilitated by the Council to provide a shop, cafe, bar for the Village and is open to everyone – and in order to make it a success we need local people to use it.
