The Annual General Meeting of the Boxted Village Hall Management Committee

will be held in the Village Hall at 7 pm on Wednesday 26 October, when the Treasurer’s report will be presented and plans for 2016-17 set forth.

The Village Hall is a significant and highly-valued amenity for the whole village and its management, maintenance and development are surely worthy of support. The Annual Meeting is an opportunity for people to learn of the challenges facing the Management Committee, to offer comment on any issues and to make suggestions for both immediate and long-term development. Even more, it is an opportunity to make a contribution by joining the Management Committee.
