Faces of The Village
Val Banwell, who was co-opted to Boxted Parish Council in May. Val has lived in Boxted for 25 years and likes the quiet, rural feel of the village. Val, who enjoys walking her dog, Freddie and stopping to have a coffee en route at the hub is particularly interested in the continuing success of the Community Hub as a focal point for people to meet.
The Community Hub
is open daily under the new management of Bonny Chaplin.
Opening times: Mon to Friday in term time 8 – 2 pm. All day weekends.
The Hub will also be open in the evenings when sports events are taking place.
Boxted Parish Council
The monthly meeting is on Wednesday 14 June at 7 pm in Boxted Village Hall

8 am Holy Communion, Book of Common Prayer service at St Mary’s Langham
9.30 am Family Service at St Mary’s, Langham.
The McCann Family, Alex, Marguerite, Elizabeth and Ben, who are missionaries in Cambodia, will be coming to take part in the family service. They are always interesting to hear.
11 am service at Boxted Methodist Church.
