    Also known as ‘Bing’, the late Lord Edmund Ironside lived in Boxted, in Priory House, for many years.

    There will be a Memorial Service for him at St Peter’s Church, Boxted on Thursday 13th February.

    Colchester Borough Council’s annual ‘Trees for Years’ giveaway returns on Saturday 22nd February at the Community Stadium, Axial Way. This year, as part of the Colchester Woodland Project and to mark the start of a new decade, there will be ten thousand trees given away.
