Weedathon at King George Playing Field

After the success of the last gardening session, Arabella Brentnall will be doing another “weedathon” on King George Playing Field next Tuesday morning (23rd June), 9 – 11am

All welcome, but please email beforehand arabellabrentnall@icloud.com or ring 01206 272013.

Please bring your own gloves, and masks if you want, and preferably your own tools, although Arabella can provide some. All current Covid-19 distancing rules to apply.

Church services

2 Samuel 7:14-15: “I will be a father to him, and he’ll be a son to me. When he does wrong, I’ll discipline him in the usual ways, the pitfalls and obstacles of this mortal life. But I’ll never remove my gracious love from him.”

St. Mary’s and St. Peter’s will be open for private prayer and contemplation as from Monday 15th June, following all safety guidelines.

Sunday services are now on theLangham and Boxted Church Website for all to view under Streamed Services. https://lb-churches.co.uk/streamed-services/ They will be uploaded on Sunday afternoons for as long as services are streamed.

From 22nd June, recycling and rubbish collections will resume as normal.

Reported incident

Burglary from a residential dwelling in Dedham Road, Boxted.

Suspect unknown has stolen victims silver Ifor Williams horse box trailer by means unknown.
