Colchester Borough Council would like to draw your attention to a proposed Public Space Protection Order (PSPO) in respect of the anti-social behaviour of dogs fouling in public areas.

The consultation is live from 0900 Mon 19 Sep 16 and closes 1700 on Mon 03 October 2016.The PSPO which is proposed will cover the whole Borough and is available to view on the Council’s website:
