FRUGAL LUNCHES
Annual Lenten Frugal Lunches on Tuesday 23 February until Tuesday 22 March at Boxted Village Hall at 12 mid-day (following the weekly Coffee Café) until 22 March. Jos Carter (272755) will be very glad to have offers of help in making the soups and other aspects. Proceeds to the Colchester Emergency Night Shelter.

England Rugby Matches The clubhouse is open and showing all England rugby matches on the big screen. 27 February from 4pm vs Ireland, 12 March vs Wales 4pm and 19 March vs France 8pm

Quiz night Saturday 5 March 8pm

Clay Pigeon Shoot at Fennes Shooting School, Braintree. Novices and existing shooters. Organised by the Legion for Saturday 12 March. Contact Barry on 07941 724543 for info but the day includes food and drinks, instruction, use of shotguns and cartridges. Prices from £66.

Easter Egg Hunt, Barbecue and Fun Day Saturday 26 March from 12.00 at the Legion. Bouncy Castle, Egg Painting, an Easter Egg for all children just £3.00.

Quiz Night Saturday 2 April from 8pm

Grand National Saturday 9 April the clubhouse will be open from 12.00 to watch the race and enjoy a sweepstake.
