    Welcome to this week’s newsletter – giving you a reminder of some of the regular events taking place in Boxted and Langham. A couple of reminders this week – the Happy Sounds choir, which was singing at the Boxted British Legion is on hold for the time being. See details below. Also, please note that your recycling caddies, boxes and bags now require you to present a voucher before you can pick them up at Langham Community Shop. Finally, there are some dates for your diary for events taking place in the coming weeks.

    Beer and the Bible at the Shepherd, Langham. Every second Monday of the month from 8pm. All welcome.

    Happy Sounds on hold

    Unfortunately Happy Sounds Community Choir has to find a new venue for the Boxted singing group. Please be aware that there will be no choir at the British Legion on Tuesday eveningand singing will be put on hold until a new venue is found. Janette Gunn sends her apologies and is doing all she can to find a new venue.

    Recycling containers at Langham Community Shop

    A voucher is now required to collect all recycling containers: garden waste sacks, green bottle/can boxes, large and small food caddies & clear plastic bags.

    Please visit www.colchester.gov.uk/recycling to obtain vouchers.

    Langham film nights presents "Can you ever forgive me?" Saturday 20th July at Langham Community Centre. Tickets £4 each. Buy at Langham Communitay Shop or online at http://www.langhamcommunitycentre.org.uk or pay at door £4.50. Doors open at 7pm, film starts 7.45pm.
