Phone Box Library
Sallyann, a resident, has taken up the challenge of looking after the phone box library in Dedham Road, Boxted. She writes:
“I’m responsible for revamping the telephone box library and I’m asking for any book donations to be taken to the hub, Harper’s Caffe – especially well cared for children’s books.Thanks.”
So why not have a look at that stash of books at home and see if you have anything that might be of interest to others.

It’s that time of year again…if you have a child who is 14 or over and is looking for something to do in the summer holidays then Essex Library Service has the answer. Come and volunteer for our Summer Reading Challenge 2024! It’s a great chance to get some work experience, meet new people and gain valuable life skills.
