Vandalism
The Christmas Tree outside the Boxted Village hall has vandalised.
This is the third incident of damages in that vicinity over the past few weeks. The others being play equipment and Little Owls Pre School garden equipment.
The police have been informed but please be vigilant and anyone with any information please inform either the police or Boxted Parish Council clerk Karen Thompson: tele 07971 525688 email: clerk@boxted-pc.gov .uk
Anyone who wishes to donate towards replacement lights and decorations can either contact Dominic Shiel 01206 273324 or there will be a collection after the village pantomime this weekend.

Langham’s Christmas Tree is now lit up outside the Shepherd & Dog, ready for the Christmas Carol Singing at 7pm on the 22nd December. It was a lovely community evening last year. Hopefully an even bigger turnout this year! Please get involved and invite friends and family.

Langham Community Shop now has leaflets regarding National Grid’s Norwich to Tilbury pylon/cables plan. If you would like to object to their proposals, please pick up and complete the forms, which can be left at the Shop to be sent to the Secretary of State.

St Peter’s Markets Plants
Over 500 plants are for sale in aid of Langham with Boxted Church Funds. Most plants are £1.50 to £3.50 with quantity discounts. Perennials, English native trees, shrubs, herbs and climbers are available. First come first served but all will be done to fulfil requests.
